You will perform complex orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries, manage challenging cases, and collaborate with emergency and specialty teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries.
• Manage complex referral and emergency surgical cases.
• Collaborate with emergency and specialty teams on patient care.
• Develop surgical plans using advanced diagnostics and imaging.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
• Communicate treatment plans with pet owners and referring veterinarians.
• Mentor staff and participate in rounds and continuing education.
• Help develop surgical protocols, reporting standards, and quality controls.
• Participate in clinical case reviews and ongoing education initiatives.
