You will work with hospital leadership to ensure medical excellence, recruit top talent, and drive performance while maintaining Thrive’s values and commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state veterinary board license in good standing.
• Active DEA license or eligible to obtain one.
• At least 3 years of veterinary practice experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical standards and clinical excellence as Medical Director.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop associate veterinarians.
• Oversee hospital operations and drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager and leadership team.
