Qualifications

• Previous veterinary field experience and understanding of veterinary hospital workflows.
• Experience using and supporting a veterinary Practice Information Management System (PIMS).
• Experience implementing or optimizing technology in a veterinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily PIMS requests and troubleshoot system, configuration, workflow, integration, and user issues.
• Coordinate data mapping, cleansing, migration, testing, and validation against source systems and approved reports.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and readiness requirements.
• Coordinate training and ensure hospital readiness during go-live and post-implementation support.
• Validate integrated data and generate necessary reporting and documentation.
