Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Wisconsin in good standing with State Boards of Pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a high‑volume setting.
• Impeccable attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Compound, fill and label prescriptions, and package medications.
• Oversee activities of pharmacy technicians per Wisconsin State Board rules.
• Ensure workflow and timely shipment from entry to final verification.
• Oversee product flow from compounding to release.
• Maintain records and monitor inventory per state and DEA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with USP <795>, <797>, <800> guidelines.
• Verify prescriptions are dispensed accurately.
• Counsel clients with Care pharmacists on medications and usage.
