BluePearl Pet Hospital in Florida is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator for our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $35.00 per hour, starting point dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.
In this role you will act as a liaison between front and back of house, facilitate client and patient flow, triage medical calls, coordinate doctor communication, and conduct ER follow-up calls for both locations.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between the front and back of the hospital by facilitating client/patient flow between the waiting room, exam rooms, CSR staff, and clinical staff, triaging medical phone calls, coordinating client/doctor communication, and performing ER visit follow-up calls for both locations. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required as part of the normal workweek.
