Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Accompany clinicians during patient appointments and document medical information in real time.
• Record patient histories, exam findings, and follow-up plans as directed.
• Interact with clients in person, by phone, and by email with professional service.
• Assist with follow-up communications and scheduling as needed.
• Help coordinate patient care and clinical liaison communications.
• Prepare and edit clinical summaries and discharge instructions.
• Document clinician calls and conversations in the medical record.
• Maintain patient tracking systems and ensure timely results and follow-ups.
• Take clinical photographs and upload them to the medical record.
• Assist with basic patient handling and surgical scrub when needed.
