Job summary

Veritas Veterinary Partners is seeking an oncology veterinary technician to provide general nursing care for animal patients in our state-of-the-art facilities. You will work in a collaborative environment with board-certified specialists to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care.

Responsibilities include IV catheter placement, medication administration, anesthesia support, radiography, blood sampling, chemotherapy delivery, and thorough client communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed RVT with proven nursing care for animal patients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, delivering exceptional client service.
• Honesty, integrity, and a desire to learn and have fun!

Responsibilities

• Placement and maintenance of IV catheters.
• Calculate and administer medications (oral, injectable).
• Accurate dosing and delivery of anesthetic agents, fluids, and CRIs.
• Safely position and take radiographs; collect and prepare blood samples.
• Administer chemotherapy as directed and follow protocols.
• Provide quality care for hospitalized patients; educate clients.
• Maintain accurate treatment sheets and documentation.
