Veterinary Services in Saint Louis,MO seeks a Veterinary Product Advisor to join the Customer & Veterinary Support team. The role involves explaining technical and nutritional information about Purina Pro Plan Veterinary products to veterinary professionals and consumers, offering dietary guidance, and resolving inquiries across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn product details.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service experience (veterinary clinic, animal science, or nutrition background preferred).
• High school diploma required with 2 years work experience, or 4 years work experience in business/customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to learn and confidently explain technical and nutritional product information, program specifics, and promotions.
• Comfort supporting multi-channel communication (phone, email/internet, chat, and social media) with consistent messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate detailed technical and nutritional information about Purina Pro Plan Veterinary products to veterinary professionals and consumers to support recommendations and purchases.
• Provide dietary management advice and product guidance for pets with certain health conditions, ensuring responses are accurate, friendly, and timely.
• Serve as a primary contact for veterinary professionals and consumers through phone and internet/social channels, including Purina for Professional and Veterinary & Vet Products Consumer service lines.
• Support online store customer service by resolving issues such as login problems, returns/refunds, available credits, and general delivery questions.
• Investigate and resolve veterinary product complaints, maintain awareness of competitive activity and customer concerns, and report issues promptly.
