Randstad USA is recruiting for a Veterinary Customer Support Specialist on a 12-month contract in the St. Louis area.

The role focuses on delivering expert dietary guidance to veterinary professionals and consumers, handling inquiries via phone, web, and social media, and supporting clinic staff with product information. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience, with a background in animal science or nutrition preferred.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree qualifies; high school diploma with related experience also acceptable per ad.

Responsabilités

• Support & Resolve: address inquiries, returns, and delivery questions via phone, web, and social media.
• Advocate & Promote: discuss clinical advantages at conferences and reinforce recommendations to clinic staff.

Veterinary Customer Support Specialist

How You Will Make an Impact

• Educate & Advise: Communicate dietary management advice and technical product details to veterinary professionals and consumers to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Support & Resolve: Facilitate seamless experiences by addressing online store inquiries, returns, and delivery questions via phone, web, and social media.
• Advocate & Promote: Discuss clinical advantages of our products at select conferences and reinforce recommendations to support clinic staff.
• Collaborate: Partner with field sales teams to share insights, track competitive activity, and maximize learning through biannual field visits.

What You Bring to the Team

• Essential: 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Essential: High School diploma with 2 years of work experience, or 4 years of business/customer service experience.
• Essential: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical and nutritional information.
• Essential: Flexible availability between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM CST (shifts are 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM).
• Preferred: Background in a veterinary clinic, animal science, or nutrition.
• Preferred: Located in or near St. Louis, MO.
