Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets is seeking a Nursing Veterinary Clinical Manager to lead a clinical team and drive exceptional patient care across departments. This role focuses on fostering collaboration, talent development, and an exceptional employee experience while managing administrative duties and clinical onboarding.

The position requires an Associate degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent college coursework and/or experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure department has resources and tools to deliver the MedVet Experience.
• Coach team on process improvement for efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows.
• Develop and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Recommend supplies and equipment as needed for the department.
• Manage department financial decisions and health in collaboration with leaders.
• Lead change and foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
• Provide onboarding training and ongoing performance feedback.
