Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Medical Technology, Chemistry, or Biological Science.
• Some positions may require compliance with CLIA regulations.
• ASCP MT or MLT certification preferred.
• Experience with Orchard LIS software preferred.
• Leadership experience and animal care experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across disciplines (cytology, immunohematology, coagulation, hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, flow cytometry).
• Operate instruments and manage LIS data entry with strict QA protocols.
• Interpret findings and discuss results with clinicians and staff to support patient care.
• Educate and train staff, students, and emergency personnel in lab procedures.
