Ideal candidates have a DVM or equivalent, 5+ years in emergency/specialty settings, and 1–2 years of leadership experience. Strong communication and client-focused care are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in Emergency/Specialty hospital.
• 1–2 years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical standards and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Mentor and support a team of veterinarians including case consultations.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on daily operations.
• Monitor patient care, medical protocols, and compliance with policies.
• Lead or participate in medical rounds, case reviews, and team meetings.
• Address client escalations related to medical concerns and care.
• Partner with Hospital Director to identify growth and service improvements.
