Ethos Care Center Dayton seeks an Emergency Veterinarian Medical Director to lead our ER team and specialists, balancing clinical shifts with leadership responsibilities to advance medical excellence.

We offer a competitive package with a total base compensation of $175,000–$200,000 in Dayton, OH, plus a leadership stipend and full-time benefits within the Ethos network.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree with Ohio veterinary license (or eligibility).
• 3–5+ years of leadership or mentoring experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
