The Role
  • Provide medical leadership across assigned hospitals while maintaining a clinical caseload as a working manager
  • Lead, mentor, and develop associate veterinarians; oversee onboarding and ongoing coaching to build clinical, surgical, and dental competencies
  • Partner with practice leadership to uphold medical standards, protocols, and a strong, inclusive team culture
  • Conduct medical record reviews and quality assessments; identify gaps and implement action plans
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including controlled substance management and radiation safety

Requirements
