The Role

  • Oversee clinical quality, including medical record reviews, case discussions, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Serve as the responsible veterinarian for required permits and ensure compliance with controlled substance management and applicable regulations.
  • Partner with practice management to achieve medical and operational goals, enhance client experience, and improve workflows.
  • Guide onboarding and experiential learning for newly hired veterinarians, supporting growth in surgery, dentistry, and general practice.
  • Provide clinical services part of the week, including preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery.
  • Support recruitment efforts and act as a positive presence within the local veterinary community.
  • Manage medical equipment needs and inventory in collaboration with leadership.
