Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to support the hospital's daily operations and ensure leadership coverage across all shifts. The role blends paraprofessional duties with leadership responsibilities to keep clinics running smoothly and clients receiving timely care.

Reporting to the Practice Manager and/or Chief of Staff, the Shift Lead will coordinate staff, maintain communication with clients and leadership, and help drive productivity and profitability for the hospital.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Lead performs duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician, and provides continuity and operational support across all shifts.
• Leads paraprofessional staff and supports hospital leadership to maximize productivity and profitability.
• On average, 20% leadership duties and 80% paraprofessional duties.
