Ohana Urgent Care in Ventura, CA is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead daily operations, mentor teams, and drive growth with a business-minded approach. You will work with the Medical Director and leadership to ensure smooth performance and growth across services.

Ideal candidates have veterinary or healthcare management background, a Bachelor's degree or CVPM, and a proven track record in leadership and team development within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Veterinary hospital management experience preferred; healthcare management ok.
• Bachelor's degree or CVPM preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations and mentor department leads.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, and financial performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, etc.) and policy adoption.
• Develop long-term goals, expand services, and partner with referral networks.
• Manage hiring, scheduling, and staffing to maintain positive culture.
