Qualifications
- 5+ years of veterinary experience.
- California veterinary license or ability to obtain one.
- DEA license required or ability to obtain.
- Medical Director experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong client communication and teaching skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the urgent care team at Ohana Urgent Care (Ventura, CA).
- Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for patients.
- Mentor and develop staff; promote a positive team culture.
- Ensure compliant, compassionate client service and outcomes.
