Sacajawea Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Hospital Manager to join our team and lead daily operations on-site.

In this role you will own the hospital’s P&L, manage staff, coordinate client service and care, and collaborate with the Managing Veterinarian to drive growth and ensure excellent patient care.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a managerial role, a business-related bachelor’s degree, and a passion for teamwork. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting with increased responsibility is a plus.

Mansioni

• Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needs.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Oversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costs.
• Manage payroll for hospital staff.
• Develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs.
• Champion change and promote best practices.
• Lead the hospital team to enhance processes and workflows across client service, operations, and administrative tasks.
• Implement new technologies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Establish and drive the culture of the hospital.
• Track current licensure for all DVMs.
• Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations.
• Demonstrate and reinforce the highest level of client service.
