Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performance
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needs
• Manage accounts receivable
• Oversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costs
• Manage payroll for hospital staff
• Develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs
• Champion change and identify, document, share, and promote best practices
• Lead the hospital team to enhance processes and workflows, covering client service, operations, and administrative tasks
• Implement new technologies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Establish and drive the culture of the hospital
• Track and maintain current licensures for all DVMs
• Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations

As a Hospital Manager, you will be an essential part of the hospital management team, collaborating closely with the Managing Veterinarian to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the hospital.
