Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science, or related field.
• Minimum five years of direct office management experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff across hospital support departments and meets labor goals.
• Hires, trains, and orients office and clinic staff; handles paperwork.
• Oversees daily operations and coordinates with the Regional Manager.
• Manages budgets, inventory, and vendor invoices.
• Ensures compliance with licenses and policies.
• Contributes to billing practices and local vendor management.
