Job summary

Lake Chatuge Animal Hospital in Georgia seeks a results-driven Hospital Manager to lead our expanding team and drive revenue while maintaining exceptional patient care and customer service. Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needs.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Oversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costs.
• Manage payroll for hospital staff.
• Develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs.
• Champion change and identify, document, share, and promote best practices.
• Lead the hospital team to enhance processes and workflows, covering client service, operations and administrative tasks, etc.
