Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Management experience required.
• Veterinary hospital management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, CVPM, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient with business software and able to adapt quickly to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, payroll and financial operations.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and compliance with regulations.
