San Juan Veterinary Hospital is seeking aVeterinary Hospital Manager who brings together operational excellence, a talent for mentorship, and a commitment to team culture. The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary experience and a proven background in leadership, training, and team development—paired with a business-minded approach to hospital growth.
As our Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with the Medical Director and leadership team, taking ownership of daily operations and guiding our hospital toward continued success.
This is a full-time, salaried position and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.
San Juan Veterinary Hospital in Pagosa Springs is a 3-doctor practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for a diverse range of patients, including small animals, birds, large animals, reptiles, and pocket pets. Our experienced team offers comprehensive veterinary services, from preventive wellness care and diagnostics to routine and advanced surgery, including orthopedic procedures. We also provide farm call services, allowing us to deliver compassionate, personalized care wherever it's needed.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. $59,000 - $65,000 USD
