Global Talent Partners Veterinary seeks an experienced veterinary operations leader to manage two co-located teams in Westminster, CO. The role focuses on aligning operations, patient care, and culture across specialty and emergency services.

The candidate will drive budgeting, staffing, and service quality in a fast-paced hospital setting, with opportunities for growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospital or clinic management leadership (veterinary or medical setting preferred).
• Demonstrated financial acumen, analytical ability, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with office software and practice-management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trust and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site leadership for two co-located teams (specialty and 24/7 emergency).
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain hospital staff; lead training and performance reviews.
• Build efficient schedules for administrative and technical teams; manage timekeeping and overtime.
• Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and expense control.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure accurate accounting, deposits, billing practices, charge capture, and W-9 collection.
• Develop and implement SOPs, compliance policies, and quality standards.
• Support client relations, including service recovery and escalated case resolution.
• Collaborate with doctors and specialty services to support high-quality patient care.
• Maintain licensure records for clinical staff and uphold regulatory and safety compliance.
• Provide flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays.
