Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and expense control.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure accurate accounting, deposits, billing practices, charge capture, and W-9 collection.
• Develop and implement SOPs, compliance policies, and quality standards.
• Support client relations, including service recovery and escalated case resolution.
• Collaborate with doctors and specialty services to support high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

• Proficiency with office software and practice-management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to build trust, teamwork, and accountability
• Comfortable working around animals and clinical environments; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; periods of standing/walking or computer work as needed
• License to practice in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain) where applicable to the candidates clinical credentials
