Thrive Pet Healthcare in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Hospital Administrator to lead Capital Veterinary Specialists’ operations. The HA will drive clinical and business performance, oversee staff, budgeting, KPI tracking, and ensure outstanding client service and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have veterinary experience, strong leadership, and the ability to implement process improvements that enhance patient care and the hospital culture.

Formación

• Ability to analyze various sources of data to establish priorities and initiate operational programs.
• Sound judgment in decision-making and strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience in budgeting and financial reporting, including reading a P&L statement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee business activities of the hospital, including hiring and training staff.
• Work with Pathway finance to prepare and manage budgets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators; set fees and inventory controls.
