Job summary

Oak View Animal Clinic in Northwest Arkansas is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our fast-paced, 3-doctor mixed animal practice. You will welcome clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support patients with compassionate care. Weekend availability is required.

Starting pay is $15/hour with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training and career development. Prior veterinary experience is preferred to help maintain a high level of service for our clients

Qualifications

• Experienced receptionist with at least 1 year in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients and triage inquiries.
• Answer calls and emails and route to the appropriate party.
• Schedule appointments and manage payments.
• Maintain reception area and provide compassionate support to clients.
