Southern Oregon Veterinary Specialty Center (SOVSC) is hiring a Client Services Representative in Central Point, Oregon. The role is essential as the first point of client contact, ensuring excellent service and effective communication within the veterinary hospital.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be passionate about helping others, handling responsibilities such as managing client check-ins, processing payments, and supporting a professional front office environment.

Experience in customer service is required, and we are willing to train candidates demonstrating enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
• Experience with financial transactions preferred.
• Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in all appointments and ER arrivals accurately.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and staff.
• Process payments and manage financial transactions.
• Handle medical records requests and client paperwork.
• Assist clients with CareCredit applications.
