Job summary

The Veterinary Referral Center of Central Oregon (VRCCO) is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative for the opening shift. You will be the first friendly face for pet parents, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and updating patient records with care and accuracy.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will bridge clients and the veterinary team, maintain calm under pressure, and help deliver exceptional service across our multi-specialty hospital.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: hands-on experience in veterinary general practice or multi-specialty hospital.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and scheduling appointments.
• Managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Serving as the first friendly face and reassuring voice for pet parents.
• Acting as a bridge between clients and veterinary teams, especially in urgent situations.
