Mountain Animal Hospital Center in Eagle, CO is seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our team. We are a full-service small animal practice offering Wellness, Advanced Care, and Urgent Care with same-day appointments and a mobile service across Eagle and Summit Counties.

You will be the first point of contact, managing schedules, records, and financial transactions while educating clients on preventive care. Join a supportive network focused on growth and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and animal welfare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and greet clients with a compassionate demeanor.
• Coordinate appointments, maintain medical records and handle financial transactions.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to support pet wellness.
• Provide a calm, empathetic presence and treat each pet with care.
