Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: greet clients and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, appointments, and payments.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services.
