• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients, check in/out, and create a welcoming front-desk experience.
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to questions, and relay information to the team.
• Schedule wellness, sick, surgical, and follow-up appointments efficiently.
• Support a mixed-animal practice and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Explain routine services, vaccinations, medications, and post-visit care as needed.
• Prepare estimates, process payments, generate invoices, and communicate financial details compassionately.
• Maintain accurate records, update and file documents, and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with appointment confirmations, reminders, and client communications.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to ensure excellent patient care and client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional front-desk area.
