Sage Veterinary Imaging is seeking a bright, friendly Veterinary Receptionist to help keep our hospital running smoothly. This role goes beyond front desk work, with responsibilities in client communication, scheduling, and administrative accuracy to support daily hospital operations.

We value quick learners with initiative and attention to detail. Veterinary experience is a plus but not required, as we offer training to the right candidate who demonstrates dependability and strong interpersonal

Qualifications

• Quick to learn medical terminology and hospital systems.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation, scheduling, and transactions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary front office.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional appearance.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally.
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Verify client and patient information, appointments, and paperwork.
• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Assist with scheduling, questions, and appointment preparation.
• Process payments, invoices, and checkout documentation.
• Communicate with veterinary technicians, doctors, and management.
• Prepare, scan, and organize medical and administrative paperwork.
• Maintain accurate patient records in hospital software.
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and front office supplies.
• Complete daily opening/closing checklists.
