Five Rivers Pet Emergency is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to be the frontline ambassador between clients and the medical team. You will manage calls, set expectations for care, and handle payments and invoicing, ensuring a smooth visit.

You must communicate clearly, listen actively, de-escalate stressed clients, and learn Otto and Instinct veterinary software. This role supports the team during busy periods and occasionally assists with back-of-house tasks to maintain hospital flow.
