Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors, offering comfort options such as food and beverage.
• Be knowledgeable of the status of all clients waiting in the lobby areas.
• Create complete and accurate patient reports and client contact information.
• Handle all financial transactions, including deposits, payments, and credit options.
• Perform opening and closing routines at the front desk to ensure smooth operations.
• Route emails and faxes to appropriate departments within the hospital.
• Schedule appointments within doctor guidelines.
• Route radiographs through the hospital and manage transfers from primary vets.
• Provide compassionate support during euthanasia and arrange for final care options.
• Maintain organized front desk, patient files, and lobby area.
