Prior veterinary receptionist experience preferred; training is provided to support professional growth and ongoing development within our team. We value organization, teamwork, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
• Customer service and receptionist duties required.
• Compassionate, calm, team player, multitasker and strong communicator.
• Highly organized with computer skills.
• Self-starter with desire to advance knowledge and skillset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients at the hospital reception.
• Triage client concerns and direct to the appropriate party.
• Answer calls or emails and schedule appointments to maximize efficiency.
• Check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Provide emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner.
