As a receptionist, you will manage the front desk, handle multi‑line calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and help educate clients on preventive care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy reception.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation.
