Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Calm and efficient approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills including laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, and radiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Patient Care: assist the medical team with hands-on care and ensure patients are treated with compassion and respect.
• Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team: anticipate the needs of veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Create a Positive Client Experience: assist with scheduling, payments, and communications with a courteous and informative approach.
• Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: maintain the hospital and equipment to uphold high standards of care.
