Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role in medical or veterinary settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, conflict resolution.
• Experience with scheduling, phones, data entry, and payments/POS.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and patients at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer multi‑line phone system, direct calls, and manage inquiries about scheduling and services.
• Process payments, post charges, and schedule future appointments at checkout.
• Provide compassionate service to clients during stressful pet health moments.
• Enter data accurately and maintain organized records in the practice software.
• Communicate with clinical staff to relay messages and support operations.
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
