Job summary

Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital in Bentonville, AR is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients and set the tone for their visit. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, answer questions, and process payments in a fast-paced, pet-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, complete appointment sign-in, confirm details.
• Answer client questions and triage concerns.
• Process payments, schedule future appointments, and handle calls for appointments and inquiries.
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
• Understand vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, diseases, and veterinary terminology.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.
