In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Experience in veterinary front desk preferred.
• Proficient with multi-line phone systems and in-person client interactions.
• Familiar with veterinary software; ImproMed preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, compassionate service.
• Excellent organization and time management; scheduling experience.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude; able to stay calm during busy periods.
