Opportunities

1. Our shifts primarily handle same-day, sick appointments, providing great opportunities to see emergencies.
2. One of our DVMs serves as the local shelter's veterinarian, offering chances to perform surgeries and gain behind-the-scenes shelter experience.
3. Our equipment includes digital dental radiography, digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house CBC/Chemistry/urine analyzers, and multiple SNAP tests.

Location & Community

Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just 30 minutes from Asheville, our area offers local shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries within walking distance. Enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, running, paddleboarding, skiing, and camping, depending on the season.

Externship Program
