Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in management or leadership healthcare/hospital settings, emergency or critical care preferred.
• Degree in Healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or related field required.
• Strong data literacy, crisis management, and familiarity with improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
• Emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal, organizational, teaching and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operations promoting quality customer service, patient flow, reduce waiting times, and optimize department efficiency.
• Oversee staff hiring, scheduling and daily resource allocation for the department.
• Analyze performance data to implement policies that enhance patient satisfaction and safety standards.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and support smooth front-desk workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and the training and education coordinator to support staff training and performance evaluations.
