Eclipse Specialty & Emergency Pet Care in Whippany, NJ is seeking an experienced ER Operations Manager to oversee the daily administrative and non-clinical functions of the emergency department. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, patient flow, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The position requires leadership and strong communication skills, with duties including staff hiring, scheduling, and data-driven policy improvements.

Competenze

• 3–5 years' experience in management or leadership healthcare/hospital settings, emergency or critical care preferred.
• Degree in Healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or related field required.
• Strong data literacy, crisis management, and familiarity with improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
• Emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal, organizational, teaching and leadership skills.
