Job summary

VEG ER for Pets in Georgia is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to define and enhance the patient and family journey across front desk, phone, and online channels. You will ensure a warm, efficient, and compassionate experience for every client and their pets from arrival through discharge.

You’ll coordinate communications, support the nursing and medical teams, manage payments, and help families explore financial options and end-of-life decisions with sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• High emotional intelligence and people-centric approach.
• Willing to work in a noisy environment with odors.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
