Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Equipment Specialist to lead capital equipment sales and provide technical assistance to MWI customers and sales staff. You will collaborate with the Director of Sales – Medical Technology and coordinate resources to ensure successful product integrations.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing regional opportunities, guiding staff on equipment resources, and supporting veterinary hospital projects and complex orders with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in veterinary technology or bachelor’s degree in animal health preferred.
• 3+ years in a veterinary clinic or 2+ years in a call center with an animal health products distributor/manufacturer.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Salesforce experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers to aid in purchasing and implementing capital equipment.
• Manage sales regions as equipment ambassador; identify needs to grow equipment sales.
• Direct sales staff on available equipment resources and access.
• Assist on special projects as assigned by team leadership.
• Be or assist as project managers for veterinary hospital builds, remodels, renovations or relocations.
• Enter complex orders requiring detailed accuracy.
