Job summary

Cencora in Colorado is seeking an Equipment Specialist, reporting to the Director of Sales – Medical Technology, to drive capital equipment sales and provide technical assistance for both MWI customers and MWI sales staff.

You will respond to inquiries, manage sales regions as equipment ambassador, coordinate resources, and support projects such as hospital builds or relocations, ensuring accurate order entry.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in veterinary technology or bachelor’s degree in an animal health field preferred but not required.
• Three or more years’ experience in a veterinary clinic or two+ years in a call center with an animal health distributor/manufacturer required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Salesforce experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers to aid in purchasing and implementing capital equipment.
• Manage sales regions as the equipment ambassador and identify growth opportunities for equipment sales.
• Direct the MWI sales staff on available equipment resources and access paths to those resources.
• Assist in special projects assigned by team leadership as needed.
• Serve as project manager for veterinary hospital builds, remodels, relocations, or relocations as assigned.
• Enter complex orders requiring high detail.
