IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform diagnostic tests and analyses that support veterinarian care. You will operate automated analyzers, microscopes, and other lab tools to process samples daily at our Bloomington, MN facility.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs, with comprehensive day-one benefits. Prior lab experience is helpful but not required, and extensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; science-related degree preferred.
• Experience with lab equipment is a plus (microscopes, analyzers).
• Experience in a lab setting and strong teamwork are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Use automated analyzers, microscopes and other lab tools to run tests and analyses.
• Perform tests on blood, urine, fecal, or biopsy samples processed daily.
• Set up, run, and read lab tests; release results per SOPs.
• Possibly specialize in an assigned department as available.
