IDEXX, a leading veterinary diagnostic company, seeks an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform tests using automated analyzers, microscopes, and other diagnostic tools to aid veterinarians. You will handle blood, urine, fecal, or biopsy samples, set up and run tests, interpret results per SOPs, and work in a collaborative lab environment in Westminster, CO with day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in MLS/CLS/MT/MLT or related field.
• ASCP/BOC/AMT certification preferred; experience in reference or veterinary diagnostic lab required.
• Hands-on experience in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology/serology, urinalysis or cytology; cross-training valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and tests using automated analyzers, microscopes and other equipment to diagnose animal illnesses.
• Process tests on blood, urine, fecal or biopsy samples received daily; prepare and release results per SOPs.
• Specialize in an assigned department and follow CLIA/CAP/JCAO standards; maintain safety and accurate documentation.
